WARNING: This is a SCAM! I got the “free” CD and they slap you with a monthly charge every month. AND they try and sell you hundreds of dollars worth of other garbage you don’t need. Stay away from this one!!! I already lost hundreds of dollars here!!!!
Same thing happened to me. I got my free CD and received an e-mail stating if I didn’t want to receive anymore e-mails or service from them to unsubscribe. Well, I did this thinking that would also cancel my membership and a week later I get another e-mail saying I was charged $37.00. Obviously if I don’t want to receive e-mails from a web based business that sends training video’s through e-mail then why would I still want to be charged for something I’m not going to be using? The fact that they don’t make it very clear what your unsubscribing out of to me is misleading and another way of trying to get money out of you. A good company would have a easily accessible cancellation section which startapreschool.com does not have. It’s just a way of keeping our money for a month or two until we notice we’re being charged for a service we no longer want. Then on top of that they offer no refunds! Almost every company if your not a satisfied customer offers a full refund and the fact that they won ‘t give your money back doesn’t say a lot about these people. If they really cared about their customers, who need extra money or we wouldn’t be looking into a program like this to begin with, they wouldn’t keep your money when you don’t want to use their program anymore. That $37.00 could have bought formula or diapers for my baby. I am reporting them to the better business Beauro. I think they are being really shady and misleading by not offering to cancel your membership and get a full refund. If this has happened to anyone else please take a few minutes to fill out a complaint on line. Businesses like these should be stopped. Their only out to keep your money not truelly help you or they’d offer a refund. Don’t let her phony smile full you. She’s out to make money and nothing else.
