Keep Your Kids Safe Online Free Seminar

My husband and I were on our way to our office this morning when we heard on the radio about this topic. It’s a timely message for us because we allow our kids to login to their Facebook during weekends and whenever they don’t any classes.

Giving our kids the freedom to access the internet, we might be also exposing them (unknowingly) to dangerous virtual information such as malicious content files, online stalkers, and pornography. Parents should be aware of the possible dangers these materials present.

A study published by Sunstar Cebu on 2009 revealed that child pornography cases in Cebu are rising.

As a parent we need to be vigilant on what our kids our doing online. We have to make sure that they are safe. We need to involve ourselves in their “virtual life” while they are still young.

Let’s find some answers, learn together as we share our experiences and together, guide our kids. Join a FREE Seminar intended for parents of pre-teens on July 10, 2010 at Microsoft Auditorium, 6750 Ayala Ave., Makati City 3:00 PM.
