<li>You can do this daily for 3 times.</li>

<p>However, when there are problems encountered, consulting your doctor or physical instructor is advisable. To bear the most healthful pelvic floor muscles, a woman performing regular Kegel exercises can expect to see results (like a lower count of trips to the bathroom from accidental urine leakage) in only 8 weeks from the start of her sessions.
